Netflix released the first full trailer of A Classic Horror Story, Roberto De Feo’s film arriving on the streaming platform in the coming weeks.
The film by the Bari-based director, which mixes horror and thriller Roberto De Feo, wants to pay homage to both the great international classics of the genre and the great tradition of Italian horror cinema.
Five people. A camper. An accident. A lost house. All accompanied by music for children. You seem to have seen it before, but you just have to look closer.
Furthermore, A Classic Horror Story promises to offer something innovative, with a nod to the works of Dario Argento and Lamberto Bava with due tributes to classic masterpieces such as “Don’t open that door” and “The house”, up to productions more recent such as “The Blair Witch Project”.
A Classic Horror Story Trailer and Plot
The film sees five teens sharing an RV trip to a common destination. When night falls, they have an accident where they crash into a tree to avoid the carcass of an animal (perhaps the deer we see in the trailer?) On the roadway.
Once found, they find themselves in the middle of nowhere; once the road they were on has disappeared, they are surrounded by a dense and impenetrable forest and the only building present is a wooden house in the center of a clearing that seems to be the home of some chilling cult.
