Agreement between October and Divilo to facilitate financing for SMEs

The fintechs, Divilo and October Spainhave announced a collaboration agreement with the aim of facilitating the financing of SMEs. To do this, Divilo customers will now have the October service, speeding up and facilitating all the procedures that small businesses encounter when requesting credit.

This collaboration arises after the participation of both Fintech in Visa Innovation Program, the collaborative platform of Visa, Hackquarters and Finnovating that helps Fintechs to accelerate their response to the payments of the future and allows them to improve their own product proposals. Both Divilo and October participated in the first edition of this initiative, and in this context this agreement was born, which will allow companies to obtain the necessary financing at a time of socioeconomic uncertainty.

To close the collaboration, both Fintechs have put a landing page at the service of users in which they provide all the information and channel requests for financing from companies in our country.

According to Juan Guruceta, founder and CEO of Divilo, “We are proud to be able to count on a partner like October from now on, which will allow us to get closer to our goal of continuing to promote the transformation of financial services aimed at companies and the self-employed, especially at a time like the present. For this reason, we will continue working to do things better, uniting excellence and simplicity to add value to the business fabric”.

For his part, for Gregoire de LestapisCEO of October Spain, “This collaboration with Divilo is the result of a double innovation in the Spanish market: the instant loan to SMEs, without paperwork, without guarantee, without a notary, and the integration with Divilo’s offer so that together we can give credit to their companies. The collaboration between Fintechs facilitated by Visa allows adding expertise for a better service for Spanish companies”.
