An outrageous school case that forcibly put a face mask on a girl with Down syndrome; I had it full of saliva

The staff of a Florida school, The United States is wrapped in controversy and caused outrage after force a mask on to one girl seven-year-old with Down’s Syndrome of age identified as Sofia Bezerra for him to use inside the enclosure.

However, the police investigation revealed that “based on the facts and the logical persuasion of the evidence presented” not enough evidence to support a criminal rape against the girl’s teacher and her assistant, the NY Post revealed.

“No evidence has been presented to support Sofia’s physical or emotional injury. East case is closed as unfounded”, Said the authorities.

When getting off the bus, the girl’s father saw the abuse

When Jeffrey Steel saw his stepdaughter Sofía get off the school bus, the first thing he noticed was the mask she was wearing and it was tightly tied with a rope that was not part of the mask, which was tied to the nape of his daughter.

When she arrived with her, she saw that her daughter’s mask was completely full of saliva, which also caused him trouble breathing adequately.

Sofía’s stepfather assured that the teacher and her assistant forced her daughter to wear the mask for six weeks without having asked for your consent. During all this time, they tied the rope firmly to the mask to prevent the girl from taking it off.

According to the lawyers of Jeffrey Steel, the teacher is guilty of abuse when touching a girl with physical and mental disabilities to tie the mask to her face without the consent of the state or her parents, according to Chapter 827 of Florida statutes .

Despite the police decision, Sofía’s family will file a new civil lawsuit later this week.
