Ángel Nicolás has been appointed as Spain Leader, at Talentia Software, combining his new position with that of Director of Professional Services, which he has held for more than 15 years. Nicolás has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
From his new position he will reinforce the geographical representation of the company in Spain, with external stakeholders and will facilitate alignment between managers, business units, functions and corporate. In addition, he will continue to lead the Professional Services for Spain, Portugal and LATAM, coordinating the management of consulting services and customer support, in relation to the implementation of all Talentia’s business solutions (HR and Finance).
All this will lead him to continue collaborating continuously with the departments of Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Support and, in general, with all the necessary actors to adapt to the needs of the client and the demands of the market.
