ChatWith.io, founded in April 2021, is a platform that has the objective of Solve a major communication problem between companies and customers. The company, which is being promoted by the Lanzadera accelerator, makes available to its clients a set of tools to enhance their online presence through WhatsApp, facilitating consultations, previous appointments, sending budgets and payments without the need for an e-mail. commerce. There are already more than 500,000 companies that have made use of its services.
Unlike other tools, ChatWith.io does not require the use of the WhatsApp API. Any company, using WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, can benefit, which is very important to be able to reach the 90% of companies worldwide whose size makes it impossible to reach the WhatsApp API.
Multiply turnover by five in 2022
The investment round will allow the company to consolidate the project international level, where it wants to grow solidly in markets such as Mexico, Chile, the United States, Italy or France.
In addition, it will double its workforce to 30 people to provide a better service and experience to this market segment, which requires solutions that are very easy to use from the mobile phone but with features that until now were only available to large companies. ChatWith expects to multiply its turnover by five in 2022.
