Expanding its range of gaming monitors, AOC has just announced the arrival of new models to its AGON G2 serieswith four new models featuring faster IPS panels with Full HD resolutions, 165Hz refresh rates, and a budget-friendly price that will stick below 300 euros.

Beginning with the AGON 24G2SPU and 27G2SPU, we find two monitors of 24 and 27 inches respectively, equipped with ergonomic supports that allow you to adjust the height, tilt, swivel and pivot, these monitors can be optimally positioned to improve the gaming experience. Something that added to its design without frames on its sides and top, make them ideal for multi-monitor setups and configurations.

As we said, the big update comes with its new IPS panels that offer high frame rates up to 165 Hz, and a response time of 1 millisecond (MPRT) that virtually eliminates ghosting for sharp, blur-free images. Furthermore, its compatibility with Adaptive-Sync technology eliminates flickering and tearing by using a variable refresh rate.

It is also the most complete models of this new range, with an integrated 4-port USB hub, as well as a 3.5-millimeter jack audio output and two 2-watt speakers.

On the other hand, the company has also presented the AGON 24G2SPAE and 27G2SPAEwhich although identical to the 24G2SPU and 27G2SPU in terms of panel, are presented with a slightly trimmed feature setas reduced options without a USB hub and with a simpler support (while maintaining the VESA mounting option).

Forming part of its gaming segment, the four new models have a renewed G-Menu OSD software, with specific settings for games such as Game Color, to adjust saturation; Dial Pointfor crosshair overlay for precise aiming; Low Blue Modefor the longest gaming sessions at night; as well as three game modes for different genres such as FPS, RTS, Racing, and three other user-customizable modes. The makes adjusting the details of the screen very easy.
