The Cupertino giant has opened a MacBooks renewal program with which Apple has, as its main objective, to make things a little easier for small companies, and also for its partners, in order to face the renewal of entire fleets of such equipment.
There is no doubt that buying a MacBook represents a significant investment. These Apple computers are not exactly cheap, and although it is true that they offer a long useful life, in the end we always reach a point where it will be necessary to change them for newer models, either because their performance is no longer ideal to face our daily work, or because our needs have changed and we have to do, therefore, with more powerful models and / or with different functions and connectivity options.
Renewing an entire fleet of MacBooks can mean a huge financial effort that not all companies will be able to afford, and that is where this new Apple equipment renewal program comes into play. Through this program, companies will be able to get hold of the new MacBook in their 13, 14 and 16-inch versions at a very low cost: from just $ 30 per month per unit.
That price corresponds to the 13-inch MacBook, since the superior models of 14 and 16 inches will have a monthly cost of 60 and 75 dollars respectively. The 13-inch MacBook Pro will cost $ 39 a month. These are figures that, certainly, any company could assume without any problem, and for certain businesses this approach is more interesting than the direct purchase of hardware. We must not forget that it also represents a much lower risk by reducing the total investment that we must make.
It is not the first time that Apple offers a program of this type, in fact the iPhone renewal program, that allows consumers to get hold of the latest iPhone of the moment for a specified monthly fee.
