In Cupertino they never rest. Its developers are always working, 365 days a year. When they have already announced and launched the first betas of macOS Venturathey keep working and updating macOS Monterey.

Yesterday they released the fourth beta of macOS Monterey 12.5 for all developers. If you are one of them, you can now download it and test its operation. And if you’re not, then it’s time to wait. Soon we will have the final version for all users.

The guys and gals who work at Apple Park just yesterday released the fourth beta version of their upcoming macOS Monterey 12.5 software update to developers. This has only happened two weeks after the release of the third beta.

Participants in the macOS beta development program can now download the latest build from the Apple Developer Center. A public compilation, available through the website of the Beta Software Program from Apple, could also arrive in the coming days.

The fourth beta of macOS Monterey 12.5 It comes about two weeks after Apple released the third version of said beta. macOS 12.5 itself appears to be a minor update focused on bug fixes and internal improvements, with no changes that its users may notice.

In addition to macOS Monterey 12.5, Apple is also offering beta versions of its upcoming macOS Ventura software update at the same time. Currently, this new version is in its second beta for developers, and its public test versions are expected at the end of the summer.

As we always do, from here we strongly advise users to avoid installing beta test versions on your devices that you need to work or study every day, due to the small possibility of data loss or other problems that these test versions may cause.

Developers use devices that they already have designated for such work, without it being a problem for them if a general failure occurs and they have to go back to restore the Mac to factory settings. So have a little patience, and wait for the final versions to update your team.
