Apple Shares New Foundation Video Ahead of September 24 Premiere

Many are the science fiction lovers They have a date of September 24 on the calendar, the date on which Apple will premiere the first chapter of the ambitious Foundation series, a series based on the books by Isaac Asimov and that can become an important claim for new users.

From Apple TV +, they have shared on their YouTube channel a new promotional video, where in addition to its creator David Goyer, Jared Harris also appears talking about what the Foundation is, how it has inspired both the Star Wars saga and Dune.

This trailer, like all those that Apple hangs on its YouTube channel, is in English. If we don’t control the language of Shakespeare, we can add Spanish subtitles.

Based on the award-winning novels by Isaac Asimov, Fundación is the chronicle of a group of exiles on their monumental journey to save humanity and rebuild civilization amid the fall of the Galactic Empire.

The Foundation is led by

  • Lee Pace, Emmy nominated, as Brother Day
  • Lou llobell, as Gaal Dornick

  • Laura birn, as Demerzel
  • Terrence mann, like Brother Dusk
  • Cassian bilton, like Brother Dawn
  • Alfred Enoch, like Raych.

David S. Goyer is in directing and executive producing. The series is produced for Apple by Skydance Television with Robyn Asimov, Josh Friedman, Cameron Welsh, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Marcy Ross serving as executive producers.

Goyer has based his successful career on film writing and adapting scripts with which he has won 8 awards. Dark City, The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, The Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice… these are some of the best known titles he has worked on.
