Urgent renovations
Banque des Territoires has announced the availability of the Prioréno service during the spring. It will help local authorities to identify the buildings most in need of energy renovation work. The tool was developed with the State, GRDF (gas network) and Enedis (electricity network). It examines the energy consumption data of practically all the 500,000 public buildings in France.
Prioréno’s artificial intelligence will also feed on land files and topographical databases. It is therefore a question of renovating public buildings and in priority those with which it is possible to achieve maximum energy savings. Already tested by around sixty communities, this service could be extended to social housing.
