ASRock announces a display for the side of a desktop computer

ASRock has announced a display designed to be attached to the side of a tower case priced at $150 or £118.81.

ASRock’s new display, whose official name is Side Panel Kit (Side Panel Kit), it is IPS, with a size of 13.3 inches, an aspect ratio of 16:9 inches, viewing angles of 293.76 degrees horizontally and 165.24 degrees vertically, anti-glare LED, a brightness of 300 candelas per square meter, a contrast ratio of 800:1 and is capable of displaying 16.7 million colors. Their 1080p resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels) and its refresh rate of 60Hz.

The purpose of ASRock’s Side Panel Kit is mainly to serve as a second screen on tables where a second monitor cannot fit, so placing a screen on the side of the tower can be a good alternative. Of course, its 13.3-inch size means that in many cases it ends up covering or overshadowing the RGB lights that are being used in the tower, so the proposal may not be particularly attractive for gamers, but it can be a good option. for those people who at the office level work with several applications at the same time and on a small table.
