Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris will arrive in August

As Ubisoft continues to expand the Assassin’s Creed with the development of Infinity, it will soon be time to return to the Viking era of Eivor and of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. After the excellent DLC Wrath of the Druids, players can expect the next big expansion in just a few weeks. The Siege of Paris will come up Assassin’s Creed Valhalla the August 12.

Set in France, this new adventure will set Eivor on a perilous path full of thrilling questlines through the French countryside, to one of the most infamous conquest battles in Viking history. Players will get their hands on new weapons, skills, equipment and skills to tackle too new types of enemies.

Additionally, The Siege of Paris will see the return of infiltration missions in the franchise, with new Black Box missions that will give us the freedom to take out our objective as we see fit.

The new content will be accompanied by the third Season coming to the game. The season of Sigrblot will allow us to “Celebrate summer in style as the Vikings mark the start of raiding season.”

From July 29 to August 19, there will be a number of activities to do in Ravensthorpe, such as:

  • Flying minigames, combat tournament and dice game
  • Three new missions available
  • Exclusive rewards including settlement decorations, customization items and weapons.

In particular, the one-handed Skrofnung sword can be acquired with Sigrblot tokens in the festival shop for a limited time, before the festival ends.

A further update is planned for the end of this season and will bring a new map pack River Raid, with destinations scattered along the rivers of France and Ireland.
