ASUS has held its event The Pinnacle of Performance, in which it has renewed its range of laptops zenbook Y vivobook with new equipment. Among them are several models of the range ZenBook Sof which Muycomputer speaks to us, but also three new teams for professionals dedicated above all to the world of multimedia creation: the Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED, 15 Flip OLED and 16X OLED.
All incorporate processors up to 12th Gen Intel Core H-series or AMD Ryzen 6000 H-series, and graphics cards up to the GeForce RTX 30 range, plus various optimizations and enhancements designed to optimize. Asus also offers the Nvidia Studio functions in these new laptops, which include software optimizations and NVIDIA Studio drivers, and which are designed to optimize the performance and reliability of applications dedicated to the graphics and multimedia world.
In addition, the hardware speeds up 3D workflows, video editing, streaming, and graphic design. On the other hand, the new Zenbook Pro, with its diamond-cut chassis edges and minimalist design, offers access to Omniverse, Broadcast and Canvas tools, all from Nvidia.
ZenBook Pro 16X OLED
The Zenbook Pro 16X OLED is the most advanced model of those presented by Asus. It is a laptop for creators with a compact chassis and made of an aluminum alloy that stands out for its resistance and is used in aerospace applications. It is 16.9 millimeters thick and weighs 2.4 kilos.
It has a 16-inch OLED screen, and it is a portable Nvidia Studio with 12th generation Intel Core i9 12900H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. It incorporates the cooling system ASUS IceCool Pro, with two IceBlade fans in charge of cooling the vapor chamber and the heat pipe of the CPU and GPU. Hot air is expelled through the AAS Ultra mechanism, which raises the keyboard by 14.5 millimeters at an angle of 7 degrees to improve ventilation, but also to make typing on the laptop keyboard more comfortable.
This new Zenbook Pro incorporates a 96 Wh battery capable of reaching 10 hours of autonomy, and a touch screen with an aspect ratio 16:10 4K HDR at 60 Hz with a brightness of 550 nits and equipped with 16-inch Dolby Vision with full support of the DCI-P3 range. It also has the new ASUS RGB intelligent lighting system, which offers visual notifications of power and performance status, and a large haptic touchpad.
Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED
The Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED incorporates two screens: it mounts a 14.5-inch 2.8K 16:10 120Hz OLED panel on your main screen and a 12.7-inch ScreenPad Plus secondary touchscreen. It is also equipped with the AAS (Active Aerodynamic System) Ultra tilting mechanism, which improves both the cooling and the ergonomics of the computer. In the case of this equipment, what raises 7 degrees is its secondary screen, instead of the keyboard as it happens in the Zenbook 16X OLED.
It features Intel Evo certification and a 12th Gen Intel Core i9 12900H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU, as well as IceCool Plus cooling technology and an ErgoSense keyboard. It also features the Asus Dial rotary controller, designed for more precise control when operating creative applications.
Zenbook Pro 15 Flip OLED
This team, with 15.6-inch OLED screen, is renewed for this 2022 with the integration of a 12th generation Intel Core i7 processor and Intel Arc A370M GPU for laptops. It also features Intel Evo certification and Asis IceCool Plus cooling technology. It features a compact and lightweight design, stepped diamond-cut edges and an ErgoLift 360 hinge, which allows it to open completely, and place the screen on the back of the computer.
It also has an HD infrared camera for facial recognition, a combined ambient light and RGB color sensor to automatically adjust the brightness and color of the screen, and a Dolby Atmos audio system with four speakers and Harman Kardon certification.
