Despite the recent arrival of the OnePlus Nord 2, the first edition of the OnePlus value-for-money champion is still a great smartphone. This is based on a solid technical sheet and a really low price for the services offered.

It can be found even cheaper on Amazon with a discount of 100 € compared to its introductory price.

To better understand the offer

  • How is it a good smartphone for its price?

The OnePlus North embodies the mid-range smartphone side. It offers a very safe spec sheet, with few compromises. For example, its processor, the Snapdragon 765G, is 5G compatible and offers very solid performance on resource-intensive applications and 3D games. In addition, it embeds 8 GB of RAM for flawless fluidity under the Oxygen OS interface running on Android 11, pending a probable future update to Android 12.

  • What are its other peculiarities?

The Nord datasheet doesn’t stop at its main chip. The smartphone equipped with a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen displays a Full HD + definition of 2400 x 1080 pixels, and offers a refresh rate of 90 Hz, for foolproof responsiveness. Unlocking is done via a fingerprint sensor located under the screen, a function often reserved for more high-end smartphones of the Chinese brand. The compromise is made especially on the photo part which does not shine by its versatility, but which still allows to take pictures of good quality. Finally, it benefits from the 30 W fast charging which is very efficient, because it allows to recover about 50% of the battery in about thirty minutes.
