Make the voice of an audio sound better with Audacity
We have already told you before that this is a powerful application that has a multitude of functions to improve the quality of the voices in an audio. Whether it’s a piece of music or a person speaking, Audacity gives us the features we need to make it better.
- Remove noise from audio: the first thing we are going to do here is use the function called Noise Reduction included in the program. As you can imagine, it helps us effectively to greatly reduce background noise from our audio file. This will allow the voices included in it to be heard more clearly, which is precisely what we are looking for here.
- Add equalizer effect: once we have finished the step described above, we recommend modifying the equalization of the audio wave. To be more effective here we should select the voice fragments one by one what we want to improve. Next, we move to the Equalizer menu of the filter curve. At that moment a new window will open where we can manually modify the curve. Also, here we equalize the voice of the audio wave to make it better heard. In this case, the best we can do is try different adjustments of said curve.
