To achieve this, the company has launched new replacement heads and rollers that will guarantee a long useful life of these printers, and their correct operation throughout their life.
This decision was not by chance. Brother realizes that many companies use their industrial printers to support large workflows, and knows that in these cases, a printing system outage can end up having a huge impact on productivity. That’s why Brother industrial label printers undergo extensive testing to ensure they perform 24/7.
The launch of replacement heads, available in 203 dpi and 300 dpi versions, and the replacement rollers are a guarantee in order to minimize downtime in cases of wear or failure. With them, any company will be able to ensure that they have the necessary parts to carry out a quick replacement and continue working normally, thereby minimizing downtime and reducing its impact on productivity.
Brother has highlighted that all of its printers offer three year standard warranty (or a maximum mileage of 30 km on heads and 50 km on rollers). Also offers extension plans of guarantee for those companies that have special needs:
- Core Extensionsto extend the standard warranty from three years to four or five years, with workshop assistance.
- Advanced Extensions, to avoid interruptions and downtime, since once Brother receives the equipment with which the company has the incident, it sends a replacement on the same day, as long as the faulty equipment arrives before noon. Available for 3, 4 or 5 years.
- Onsite Extensions, that are unique to industrial label printers as they cannot afford downtime. Service technicians will be available within 48 hours to get printers back up and running as quickly as possible, ensuring minimal downtime. Available for 1 or 3 years.
