Activision reveals the new weapons and content coming soon to Call of Duty Vanguard.
A few days ago, Activision finally announced the novelties of season 2 of Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone, with some gray areas for the first game. Indeed, if we knew that new maps as well as new equipment and elimination streaks were coming, we didn’t know anything about the weapons and/or operators that were going to be added during the season.
Task Force 007: Yeti is complete
In a blog post, the studio corrects the situation and announces that three operators are Anna Drake, Thomas Bolt and Gustavo dos Santos. All three are part of Task Force 007: Yeti. Anna Drake is an Austrian resistant whose life changed during the Nazi invasion. His favorite weapon is the KG M40.
Thomas Bolt is a Canadian fighter who is fully engaged in this Second World War. His favorite weapon is the Whitley. Finally, Gustavo Santos is a Brazilian soldier, who was not destined for a life of combat. However, his encounter with a French resistance fighter leads him to want to risk his life to deliver German intelligence to his country. His favorite weapon is the Armaguerra 43.
Two overpowered weapons
In terms of weapons, season 2 of Vanguard will introduce the KG M40 and the Whitley for free in the battle pass. For the Armaguerra 43 on the other hand, we will have to wait a little longer before we can get our hands on it. Activision informs us that the first is a high-caliber, fully automatic weapon. It is unlockable at level 15 of the battle pass.
The Whitley on the other hand is a machine gun, and is therefore heavier than the first weapon. It deals the most damage per shot compared to the other four machine guns in Vanguard. Suffice to say that two well-placed shots, in the head for example, are enough to eliminate an enemy. A train that has the potential to become the new meta. It is unlockable from level 31.
Season 2 on Warzone and Vanguard has already started, so don’t waste time and try to collect these new assets as soon as possible. In the battle royale, don’t forget that new means of movement are also available, including a bomber plane that is already catching on among the players.
