Camerfirma reinforces its staff at a decisive moment. From now on Andres Vazquez Sanchez is the new head of internal compliance of the company
Vázquez will be under the direction of the head of Camerfirma’s technical and internal compliance department, Ramiro Muñoz, who joins the company to lead the area in charge of guaranteeing regulatory compliance for the development of the business’s own activity and the incorporation of best practices in terms of safety and quality.
Its functions include, among others, the development of the necessary tasks to obtain the accreditations / certifications of the activity as a provider of trust services and of the company’s products and services at a national and international level, the supervision and the management of all issues related to the normative compliance and the management of the company’s internal and external compliance audits in coordination with Infocert.
Experience in digital certificates
Andrés Vázquez, a senior telecommunications engineer (specialty: telematics) from the University of Vigo, has extensive professional experience in the IT consulting area, especially in the field of digital certificates (PKI) and electronic / digital signature , in which his work in companies such as Signe, the College of Registrars of Spain, Realsec and Safelayer Security Communications stands out.
Andrés Vázquez assures: “It is a motivating challenge for me to have joined Camerfirma, a company with great prestige and growth possibilities that I have followed for many years, with the aim of leading the internal compliance department in an integrated way with InfoCert and covering the geographic expansion, mainly in Latin America. My knowledge and experience of more than 20 years in technologies, technical standards, legislation and accreditation regulations related to PKI and electronic signature, both in Spain and in many other countries of the EU, Africa and Latin America, will help me to comply with this objective”.
