Canon launches its loyalty program, “Canon Club”

To reinforce this mission and encourage the exchange of skills and ideas among Canon users, the brand has launched the «Canon Club», a membership program with a community platform for like-minded creatives, where members can learn, explore and be inspired by other Canon creators, while accessing exclusive benefits. Canon Club already has a participatory community of more than 11,000 members.

When logging in for the first time, users will find a personalized home page in the style of social networks, selected based on your interests and skills. The account page includes trend and challenge groups, an inspiration gallery, recommended apps, articles or exclusive Canon Club content, and a summary of earned benefits. Members can share tips and ideas with each other, ask questions and get advice from Canon Ambassadors, through question and answer sessions as well as tutorials.

Following their most popular areas of interest and genres, members can also join existing groups or create their own. Periodic challenges give the community the opportunity to vote for a winnerappreciate the work of others and increase confidence in technical skills.

By participating in the community, members can earn points and advance through three levels. At each level, members are eligible for further benefits such as maintenance services, discounts on selected Canon products and participation in joint promotions with Canon partners.
