Disable hardware acceleration
Maybe the problem is in our GPU, so hardware acceleration may be the problem preventing videos from playing. This function is very useful, but at the same time, it can sometimes be the cause of these types of errors, so we can try deactivating it to see if it solves it.
To do this, we are going to click on the icon of the three bars in the upper right part and click on the «Settings» section. Disable plugins
