CECOP promotes the digitization of the collective of autonomous opticians

The digitization of society advances by leaps and bounds and reaches the most unexpected sectors. One of them is optics, which in theory could be less dependent on it. But digital transformation has become increasingly relevant for independent optics.

CECOP, the company led in Spain by Alejandro García and founded 25 years ago by Jorge Rubio, has managed to process more than 600,000 euros of aid from the Digital KIT for its associates in different proposals. Some of them, which correspond to the first section open to companies with more than nine workers: web page designs, shop window screens and technological developments.

For the second section, which includes companies between three and nine workers and which opens registration on June 15, CECOP already has requests that reach a value of 1,500,000 euros.

CECOP is a global community specialized in the sector. She is an expert in providing strategic solutions in operational management, development, training and transformation of opticians. It currently has more than 7,000 associated opticians distributed in the 10 countries in which it is present: Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Ireland and France). Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico) and USA.
