Clece Employs: 2,800 vacancies are looking for an owner on June 14 and 15

The Clece company celebrates the days June 14 and 15 the virtual event ‘Clece Emplea’, an initiative that will facilitate access to the labor market for vulnerable groups. During these two days, 44 selection technicians located in different cities of the country will interview more than 3,500 candidates by videoconference to cover 2,800 vacancies.

The offer is for varied profiles, such as gardening personnel, warehouse assistants, home help assistants, maintenance personnel, cleaning personnel or security guards, and will be offered mainly to people with disabilities, victims of gender violence or people at risk of social exclusion. The candidates have been mediated by a total of 139 organizations that work directly with these groups, such as Red Cross, Cáritas, Randstad Foundation, Madrid Employment Agency, Pinardi, COCEMFE, ARED Foundation, La Caixa Foundation or the social services areas of many municipalities.

From an operations center located at the company’s headquarters in Madridthis massive selection process will be technically coordinated, with the simultaneous participation of the 44 technicians who will hold virtual meetings in real time with job seekers, who will connect from the offices of the intermediary social organizations.

‘Clece Emplea’ joins the actions that this company has launched to promote employment in our country, among which it also highlights The Employment Route, a project that began with the purpose of promoting access to the labor market in depopulated Spain.

The Employment Route arrives in Madrid

The ‘Ruta del Empleo’ campaign now arrives in Madrid -with the collaboration of the Employment Agency of the Madrid City Council- coinciding with the national virtual event. The Madrid Emplea bus, converted into an itinerant employment office, will move on June 14 and 15 at the Los Cármenes Training Center in the capital (Calle Alhambra, 89).

During these two daysfrom 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., candidates are expected to be interviewed to cover more than 150 jobs, and the Madrid Employment Agency, the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) and fifty small social entities have participated in the pre-selection.

The positions to be filled correspond to profiles such as physiotherapists, nurses, maintenance workers, cleaners, auxiliary airport services, home help assistants, etc.

Between March, April and May, this traveling office has visited 33 Andalusian municipalities of Jaén, Cádiz and Málaga, and 6 towns in Galicia. During these itineraries, 16 selection technicians have interviewed 4,600 people (of which almost a third belonged to vulnerable groups), and 1,300 job opportunities have been offered.
