CoachHub promotes the development of talent with the creation of a Scientific Council

The digital coaching platform, CoachHub, has created a Scientific Council with experts in coaching at an international level that will advance the trends that will contribute to improving skills in organizations.

With this firm purpose, CoachHub has created an Advisory Council made up of 12 internationally recognized coaching experts from nine countries from different global geographies that will seek to democratize coaching around the world.

To do this, they will reinforce CoachHub’s focus on talent development to improve business results. They will do this by establishing a research program aimed at increasing the impact of individual coaching and the effects that the improvement of competencies can have in organizations.

This is highlighted by Professor Jonathan Passmore, Senior Vice President of Coaching at CoachHub and Professor of Coaching and Behavior Change at Henley Business School, for whom this group “Not only will you help advise on best practices for our team of coaches, but your expertise will also continue to drive innovation and offerings on the CoachHub technology platform.”.

In this sense, this Council will reinforce the strategy of the platform seeking to improve employee productivity, as well as the retention of the best talents.

CoachHub and its commitment to the democratization of the learning process

To achieve this purpose, these twelve coaching professionals will take advantage of CoachHub technology based on people development practices in conjunction with matchmaking technology from Artificial Intelligence (AI). With this, the people who access the platform are put in contact with more than 3,000 coaches certificates in business and wellness from 70 countries and disseminating their knowledge in 60 languages.

This makes this proposal a reference for organizations around the world as explained by Yannis Niebelschütz, who highlights that “Companies and organizations around the world trust CoachHub because our coaching solution is scalable and backed by science”.

Richard Boyatzis, Marshall Goldsmith, Terrence Maltbia, Ruth Wageman, David Clutterbuck, Yi-Ling Lai, Carsten Schermuly, Philippe Rosinski, Suzy Green, Lyra Puspa, Gil Bozer and Jabulile Msimango-Galawe, are the twelve figures that are part of this Council Scientific.

As the company has announced, the creation of its Scientific Council follows the $ 110 million Series B funding round that infuses CoachHub with new capital to fuel its growth worldwide. Just three months ago, the company had already raised $ 80 million, or about € 67.5 million, in B2 series funding.

In Spain, after its landing last September, it already has clients such as Bureau Veritas and Glovo, among others, who already enjoy its services.
