Consulting firm Hardis Group buys Atos logistics software division Sislog

The consultant Hardis Groupspecialized among other areas in software for the logistics sector, it has remained with the division dedicated to the same sector of Atos. sislog, which is the name of said division, is dedicated to the development of software solutions for warehouse optimization and for logistics operations related to purchasing processes. It is therefore an operation to strengthen its logistics division, within its strategy to grow in the sector in Europe.

In addition, the purchase of Sislog reinforces the presence of Hardis Group in the Iberian Peninsula. Sislog, founded in 1998, has approximately one hundred clients, and its warehouse management solutions are deployed in some 400 points in Spain, Portugal and South America. Especially in the distribution, consumer products, pharmaceutical and logistics services sectors. It currently has about 60 employees, spread over Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao. Added to those that Hardis already has on the peninsula, its staff will rise to 75 employees.

Sislog’s warehouse management solution is known for its ease of integration and use, as well as its robustness. It will be integrated into Hardis Group’s software portfolio and could begin to be sold in other countries where the consultancy has a presence when the purchase transaction is completed. According to FLorent Boizard, Director of Supply Chain Solutions at Hardis Groups, “the Sislog teams will continue to provide support and R&D” for the platform.

Yvan Coutaz, CEO of Hardis Grouphas stressed that «With this purchase, and the addition of our new colleagues from Sislog, we will have solid foundations on which to accelerate our growth in Spain and Portugal, and to further penetrate the logistics solutions market in South America.«.

For his part, José Porto, Operations Manager at Hardis Group Iberiahas highlighted that «This purchase is particularly relevant for the Spanish market. Sislog WMS will complement Reflex WMS, allowing Hardis Group to enter all areas of the industry, from SMEs to multinational companies«.
