Comes once again from SDCC 2021 the first trailer of Day of the Dead, the new zombie TV series from the George A. Romero and coming up SyFy next October.

Written by Jed Elinoff And Scott Thomas, the series, a reinterpretation of The Day of the Zombies, sees as protagonists Keenan Tracey (Bates Motel), Daniel Doheny (Alex Strangelove), Natalie Malaika (Fractured), Kristy Dinsmore (Vikings) e Morgan Holmstrom; six strangers trying to survive the first 24 hours of a classic zombie apocalypse
I’ll have to be honest with you, the trailer doesn’t look too convincing and looks more like the trailer for one of the many SyFy series destined once again to be canceled. A real shame because there seems to be no more hope for Romero fans to be able to see a good product taken from the zombie dad franchise, which disappeared more than 4 years ago.
This is despite a very long list of names being involved as executive producers: Robert Dudelson, James Dudelson and Jordan Kizwani, Stan Spry, Jeff Holland, Matt Drake, Abbott Street films, Sam DeGange, Todd Masters, Doran Chandler, Dawn Knight And Devan Towers.
