Digital Schools Awards and AMD together to promote the use of technology in European schools

Technology has become a central pillar within the current education model, a reality that the COVID-19 pandemic has only promoted, and that has led the Digital Schools Awards and AMD to sign an important alliance that has , as the main objective, encourage the effective use of technology in schools of the old continent.

In case someone has gotten lost, I remind you that the Digital Schools Awards program was created in 2015, and that it featured with the support of the main partners in the technology industry, led by HP Inc. This program brings together the sector and education authorities to promote, recognize and foster a new educational approach, more effective and efficient, to the use of digital technology in schools.

This alliance is part of AMD’s global commitment to education. The Sunnyvale company wants to inspire the next generation of great talent, and to do so they will establish Learning Labs in cities around the world that will obviously be driven by the American giant. This should significantly improve education in the STEM areas (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

By supporting the Digital Schools Awards, AMD will give a major push to improve digital skillss focused on teaching, and also on learning.
