According to an official statement, the entity Red.es has just published in its electronic headquarters the expected adhesion announcement to be the digitizer agent of the program Digital Kit.
Companies interested in participating as “adhered digitizing agent” can present from this moment your request at the headquarters of Red.es. To do this, they must meet requirements such as being up-to-date with tax and Social Security obligations and not being in a crisis situation, having the tax domicile and center for the provision of activities in the EU, or having reached a certain level of billing, among others.
Digitizer Catalog
The adhered digitizing agents will form part of the “digitizing catalog” that can be consulted on the official website. They will also be the only ones authorized to sign “agreements for the provision of digitization solutions” with the beneficiary companies of the grants from the Digital Kit program and digital voucher holders.
In this way, they will be able to accompany them in their digital transformation processes and provide digitization solutions that allow them to advance in their level of digital maturity, in key areas of business digitization. Some of these areas are: the presence on the internet, with the creation or maintenance of a website or the management of social networks; electronic commerce; customer management; the virtual office; business intelligence and analytics; the automation of processes such as accounting, invoicing or inventory; the electronic invoice; secure communications; and cybersecurity.
In order to facilitate SMEs and self-employed professionals access to aid, The adhered digitizing agents may collaborate in the request tasks and control actions derived from them.
In addition, they will be the ones who present all the supporting documentation and those who receive the payment of the digital voucher assigned by the beneficiary, once its justification has been accepted.
To support the adhered digitizing agents that have signed agreements to provide digitization solutions with the beneficiaries, it has been managed a financing line of up to 100% with the Official Credit Institute (ICO).
Let us remember that this program it is endowed with a budget of 3,067 million euros, financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU funds, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spain Digital 2025 agenda and the SMEs Digitization Plan 2021-2025, and aims to digitize about one million SMEs and freelancers throughout the national territory from all productive sectors during the next three years.
The ministerial order that constitutes the regulatory bases for the granting of these direct grants from the Digital Kit program was published in the Official State Gazette on December 30 and can be consulted here.
It should be noted the close collaboration of the Chamber of Spain and the General Council of Notaries, that in order to facilitate access and simplify the management of aid and freelancers, and promote anti-fraud measures, will collaborate in its management.
