DL Software acquires Openbravo, a Spanish company specializing in software for unified commerce

The French company DL Software, a specialized vertical software provider, has acquired the Spanish company Openbravo, a software platform that helps brands and retailers in their unified commerce strategy.

The operation is part of the internationalization plan launched by the French company and which currently has up to 23 verticalized solutions divided into four main divisions, retail, real estate, health and construction. In addition, since 2021, it has had the backing of the TA Associates fund, particularly active in investments, which has helped it exceed 200 million euros in turnover.

The objective of DL software is clear: to become positioned as one of the leading international companies in multi-sector vertical software. This type of software is designed following specific requirements of a specific sector, industry or user. In order that its functions and processes are specific and exclusive for that specific group or sector. Currently, DL Software has 1,500 employees spread over six countries, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Israel.
