Do you want to help children in vulnerable situations?

The Diverse Foundation has launched DGrowa program that seeks projects throughout the national territory that are in the initial phase of development and that contribute to the social inclusion of boys and girls up to 12 years old, in a vulnerable situation. Among all the initiatives presented, the one selected as the winner will be able to access an ecosystem of support and financing of up to 125,000 euros, distributed over three years, for its start-up and execution. Project submission deadline will be open until March 12 of 2023.

The call, which has the collaboration of the Fundación máshumano, is aimed at natural or legal persons, with residence or tax domicile in Spain, who, with their talent, capacity for innovation and creativity, develop solutions focused on minors in vulnerable situations. and related to education, leisure, sports, culture, research or other lines of action. These initiatives aimed at social integration and full intellectual development, emotional, social, family and affective of these minors must be carried out within the national territory. Entities whose annual budget is equal to or greater than 1 million euros may not apply.

With this call we want to identify and promote the viability of new projects that are beneficial for boys and girls in vulnerable situations, because the search for equity among these groups is the backbone of our work as a foundation.” points out Jordi Rubiralta, president of the Diverse Foundation.

A committee of experts in social programs will be in charge of selecting the finalist projects of the call, based on criteria such as impact, the innovative nature of the proposal, its economic viability, the scalability of the project and collaboration with other agents. It will be committed to social initiatives conceived with vocation and rigor, inspired by scientific methodologies, which are inclusive and equitable and which guarantee the effectiveness of the methods used.

There will be a first pre-selection of finalist projects that must present and defend their project in person. And in the month of July the winning project will be announced, which will have the necessary advice for its implementation, as well as a financial contribution of up to 25,000 euros during the first year, extendable up to 100,000 euros more over the next two years. The amount finally granted will be determined by the Diverse Foundation according to the analysis of the needs of the project.
