The Spanish manufacturer NOx has just announced the expansion of its already extensive catalog of PC cases with the introduction of the new Hummer Nemesisa box with an impressive design that stands out for having double tempered glass -on the side, as usual, but also on the front- and a strong 0.8mm thick SPCC steel structure (compared to the usual 0.6mm). We tell you everything about her below.
The case is one of the most important components of the PC, since although it is the one that many users tend to skimp on, the capacity to expand and house the computer’s hardware depends on it, as well as the thermal performance of the system. In addition, the PC case is the first element that strikes the eye in terms of aesthetics, a section that in recent times has become especially important in gaming equipment.

It is true that we are dealing with one of the most expensive boxes in the entire NOX catalogue, which has always been characterized by providing devices with an excellent performance / price ratio, but this ratio continues to be excellent in the Hummer Nemesis just for the fact of having two plates of tempered glass (side and front) and with 0.8 mm SPCC steel in the structure (internally, there are areas where it has the usual 0.6 mm, but the structure that is the one that supports weight and torsion is thicker than usual).
From the factory, the Hummer Nemesis includes two 120mm ARGB fans installed in the front, where a third fan, two 140mm fans or a liquid cooling radiator up to 360mm in length can be installed. The case does not have a rear fan (it is recommended to install one to complete the airflow) but it supports the installation of a 120mm unit, as well as two 120mm on the roof and two other of the same size on the floor. The box includes a integrated controller for up to 6 fans.
As you can see in the images, the box has a sober and almost minimalist aesthetic if it weren’t for the ARGB lighting of the included fans. It has a magnetic dust filter for the upper area, as well as an excellent cable management system that seeks to easily hide all the cables and thus be able to show the internal hardware through its tempered glass side.
The case is available in black and white, and is compatible with ATX and mATX format motherboards (for some reason they don’t say it’s compatible with mini ITX). CPU coolers up to 166 mm high, graphics cards up to 350 mm long and power supplies up to 220 mm long can be installed, although it is true that as this component is “hidden” under the bottom cover, we can remove hard drive racks and install fonts of any size.
Finally, it should be noted that on the I/O panel, located in the upper area, we have the usual power and reset buttons, as well as two USB 3.0 ports, two more USB 2.0 ports, and two audio minijacks for microphone and headphones.
Price and availability
As we mentioned before, the NOX Hummer Nemesis is available in white and black for a price of €99.90, and will hit stores throughout the month of May (they haven’t specified exactly what day it will hit stores).
