And it is that there is an application that we can download on our mobile device and that will allow us not to have to always carry the driving license with us. Specifically, we are referring to the application provided by the General direction of traffic call my DGT. At this point it is worth mentioning that we will have the possibility of installing it both on our Android-based mobile and on iOS from Apple.
You will not be fined for not having a driver’s license
We only have to register and register in this application with the corresponding personal data that will be requested so that we always carry this official document with us. And it is that from now on it is no longer necessary to carry the physical driving license above if we have this application running. This means that in the event that the police or an authorized agent requests this document, we can show it directly from the corresponding section of the my DGT application.
To do this we only have to start the app as such and in the main interface that appears on the screen we find a link that says See my card. By clicking on it, an official reproduction of our driving license will appear with our personal data and a photo of us. In short, this means that we carry an official document of the General direction of traffic corresponding to our driving license, on the mobile.
In turn and through this same application we will obtain other very interesting data corresponding to the DGT itself. Likewise, here we will see all the data pertaining to our vehicle and even its updated registration certificate. Likewise, we will have at our disposal the situation of the ITV, the points of our card, or if we have any pending fine.
