The firm EIZO has presented the Color Edge CG2700 series, a new generation of professional monitors which are mainly aimed at content creators, and which are 27 inches in size. All models have a wide range of connections, which allows them to work as a USB hub (“docking”), and they have a very good color representation in different spaces, something understandable considering that, as we have said, they are directed to content creators.
The EIZO Color Edge CG2700 are available in resolutions 1440p and 2160p (4K), They offer HDR, they are compatible with the “BT.2020” color standard, they have the “Signal Synchronization” function, which automatically modifies the color settings (brightness, gamma and color range) according to the color mode and the metadata of the input signal, and they have a port concentrator that we will see in more detail at the end of the article.

When it comes to connectivity, both models come with an HDMI output, a DisplayPort connector, a USB Type-C port, a LAN connector, a USB Type-B, and four USB Type-A connectors.
