On November 13, 2020 at 7:00 am while I was still sleeping, the phone was charging (with the charger that came in the device) a sharp knock was heard and a blaze of fire began to shoot towards the ceiling of more than five feet. With a start, I threw the sheets over the cell phone to smother the fire, and lowered the lead wires to eliminate all electrical current. Luck For me, the phone was charging at the foot of my bed (normally it is charged on my nightstand, at face level), if it hadn’t been like that, I would surely have burned my face and hair creating very serious burns and inhaling ultra toxic smoke such as that of a lithium battery. In addition to all this, I have been trying to contact in different ways since November 16, 2020 ( email, instagram, customer service …) and I have not received any solution yet.
