A Business Insider article claims thata SpaceX contract flight attendant was paid $250,000 by the company to remain silent after reporting that the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, took off his pants and made advances to him during a massage on a flight to London in 2016.

The woman then reportedly signed in 2018 what Business Insider describes as “ restrictive non-disclosure and non-disparagement clauses which prohibits the flight attendant from discussing severance pay or disclosing any information of any kind about Musk and his businesses. As a reminder, the billionaire had recently announced that he wanted to buy Twitter, but the transaction was suspended.

The flight attendant’s statement indicates that in 2016, Musk exposed his erect penis to her and then offered to buy him a horse in exchange for an erotic massage. He also rubbed her leg without consent and asked her to “do more” during a massage, according to the documents.

The flight attendant and her friend, who shared with Business Insider a signed statement supporting the flight attendant’s story and which was used in her lawsuit against SpaceX regarding the incident, have not been identified in the article.

Asked about the case, Musk said he wanted a little more time to respond because there would be ” many other elements to clarify “. He added ” If I was prone to engaging in sexual harassment, this is unlikely to be the first time it has come to light in my entire 30-year career. “. For the moment, Elon Musk is presumed innocent in this case, but it will be up to the court to decide. The billionaire isn’t the only one currently being accused of sexual harassment, as Activision CEO Bobby Kotick has also been facing such allegations for several years now.
