The final trailer of Eternals is online
With Black Widow already present on Disney Plus and Shang Chi coming to theaters, the focus is ready to shift to the next Marvel movie, Eternals, with the studios releasing the final trailer for the film directed by Chloe Zhao.
The film will hit theaters on November 5 and will tell the story of an ancient group of supernatural beings who have watched over the human race for 7,000 years. If until now i Marvel Studios they had hinted that Eternals would have been one of the MCU’s most unique films, the final trailer seems to confirm the intentions.
Eternals will introduce 10 new heroes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starring a stellar cast consisting of Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Barry Keoghan, Ma Dong-Seok, Lia McHugh And Kit Harington.
The same Harington had stated the following, regarding his presence in the film:
I’ve always been a huge fan of the MCU and it was exciting when they knocked on my door. I liked my character but what mattered most to me was being part of the film and working with Chloe Zhao. I met her, talked to her and was impressed. The cast was phenomenal, large and very diverse. I can’t say much about the film other than that we shot it before the pandemic and now it’s finally coming.
The trailer manages to hint at the story that will be told in the film, including why the Eternals did not intervene in the fight between the Avengers and Thanos. A few more months and we will finally be able to find out who these beings are and what powers they will show off in the film.
