Factorial launches HR Community, a forum for HR professionals.

The Factorial startup has launched the HR Community, its meeting platform for Human Resources professionals. The portal is presented in seven languages ​​and covers countries in both Europe and Latin America.

It is the perfect place for Human Resources leaders to share ideas, progress and concerns “, explained Jordi Romero, CEO of the company. “We were born as a solution for HR management and now, five years later, we want to become a solid pillar of our sector ”.

The forum works through of the question and answer method. Users can raise any concern or doubt they have about the HR sector and both the Factorial team and other users will be able to respond and share knowledge. The community is open to professionals and leaders in the Human Resources sector.

The need for a tool to foster relationships between professionals in the sector arose to respond to the demand for information that Factorial received after its creation. “It is for those curious profiles, who want to stay updated and who seek to grow professionally constantly”, says the CEO of Factorial.

In mid-November, the startup organized the People Tech Summit, a totally digital event that brought together hundreds of leaders and Human Resources professionals, and where the lack of a meeting point for professionals in the sector was evidenced. “The creation of a portal to exchange knowledge was the next step”says Romero, one of the founders of the project that last September collected a round of financing of 100 million dollars.
