FI Boost selects five startups for the fifth edition of its program

The startup acceleration program, FI Boost, has selected the five companies that will be part of the fifth edition of its program. It’s about the companies Iceverg, FuelYourBrands, Robinbrick, TalentUp and Valardat. The project will last for five months, from September to January, and aims to bring startup innovation closer to the market and to FI Group’s corporate clients. In this fifth edition there have been a hundred startups registered during the two months that the call has been open.

The selection of the 10 finalist companies has been carried out by an evaluation committee made up of experts in business entrepreneurship Acció, Banco Sabadell’s BStartup, Bit2me, Mediapro, Cuatrecasas and FI Group.

The 5 startups that will be part of FI Boost

Among those selected is Iceverg, (presented by Guillem Crosas) that addresses the problem of the lack of talent and the enormous existing turnover with its innovative solution based on artificial intelligence. is also FuelYourBrands, (hosted by Sandra Mora) which is an “all in one” platform that connects brands with micro-influencers, automating the entire process from start to finish of a campaign and ensuring the quality of the profiles.

Among the chosen ones is RobinBrick, (presented by Hernán Camps) that gives online customers the confidence to buy by listening to their needs and enhancing their experience by connecting them with in-store product experts. This increases conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

As to TalentUp, (presented by Albert Mercadé) It is a salary platform with information on more than 200 positions and 90 cities around the world. Through Big Data, they analyze thousands of job offers to obtain salary data and see the changes that occur in the market in real time.

Finally, Valerdat (presented by Eduard Arán) is a B2B SaaS for purchasing and operations managers of FMCG companies, which allows them to move forward to the future to make decisions and automate the execution of Purchase orders.

The StartupDay finalists

Among the finalists who were not selected was Cactus, which develops its own sustainable IoT platform; Qbeast, a Barcelona Supercomputing Center spin-off specialized in optimizing the organization of massive amounts of data; EXPAI, which enhances the value of AI in data-driven organizations; HechicerIA, a pioneer in offering the first SaaS in the audiovisual market capable of converting texts into videos, and OOZZ, a startup that responds to the lack of involvement and talent flight from teams, humanizing digital communication and entering the world of the metaverse .

It is worth remembering the FI Group’s great commitment to the startup ecosystem in Spain, since FI Boost and FI Nvest, an investment vehicle that has a budget of up to 300,000 euros per year and from that has already been invested in four companies.
