Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series finally has a name and gives a first look at what’s to come.
The full title of the series was revealed today and the meaning of it is unlikely to leave JRR Tolkien fans unmoved, promising an epic story telling of the major events that unfolded during the Second Age: the Forge. iconic rings.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power brings the heroic legends of the Second Age of Middle-earth history to the screen for the first time. In the video below captured in slow-motion, Prime Video chose to forge the title in a real foundry, pouring molten metal over wooden logs where the letters were recreated by hand. The title then appears in silver metal, embellished with dialogues in Elvish language inscribed along each letter.
