Apple Fitness +

At the last Apple event held a couple of weeks ago, one of the novelties that was launched was about the streaming sports service, Apple Fitness +. The idea is to expand the service worldwide by adding 15 more countries. Before doing so, the American company also wants add new activities.

Guided Meditations and Pilates are the new activities added to Apple Fitness +. In this way, the existing catalog of types of exercises that are already available in the service is expanded. It is also done ahead of a significant expansion to more than 15 additional countries later this year.

What is the guided meditation activity about? This new type of training is based on the current training of Mindful cooldowns, enabling Fitness + users to “reduce daily stress, develop a greater sense of awareness, and build resilience to face life’s challenges.” Guided Meditation sessions of 10 and 20 minutes will be available.

But it is not the only novelty. Pilates makes a hole next to Yoga or strength training. This new low-impact workout focuses on improving strength and flexibility. Pilates sessions will be guided and directed by Marimba Gold-Watts and Darryl Whiting, both fitness professionals.

In addition to these news, we have to bear in mind that Apple’s sports streaming service is also preparing to obtain a new guide on “Trainings for the snow season.” They will be training to improve the performance of skiers and snowboarders before winter.

We are looking forward to the service to Spain. As promised, will be at the end of this autumn when we can count on all these activities. The service will also reach Austria, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates.
