The AMD Ryzen 6000 series CPUs operate up to 5GHz (on the 6980HX model) with 8 cores with 16 threads. Those who opt for the m17 R5 with Radeon card, can also have AMD SmartShift, which shares the power supply between CPU and GPU for better performance. AMD Smart Access technology allows the CPU to get better results with GPU memory, and the graphics card version provides more direct access to the display with a 15% performance improvement. Anyone who wants a model with only AMD items may have to wait until May. Models with Nvidia card have already been released.

The new laptops have the same design aesthetic as other Alienware products but are only available in dark gray. Both have several types of keyboards available, including a mechanical one, the Cherry MX. Storage can reach 4TB and RAM memory up to 64GB DDR5.
