FreeCAD is an application Free and open source 2D CAD, which has just been updated to version 2.1.3. It has an interface and features that follow the line of large commercial developments such as AutoCAD and stands out for the support and free documentation of the community that maintains it.
LibreCAD internally uses the AutoCAD DXF file format for importing and saving files, as well as allowing export to many other file formats. It is licensed under open source (GPLv2), available in more than 30 languages in versions for Windows, macOS and Linux, and is completely free.
