Several weeks before the official launch of the Galaxy A53 5G, our colleagues at WinFuture have already revealed everything you need to know about the smartphone. As a reminder, this will directly succeed the Galaxy A52 5G. This series is every year among the best-selling smartphones in the worldand it should be the same for this new generation.

WinFuture first published the official renderings of the smartphone, which confirm the design that was unveiled by leaker Onleaks a few months ago. These confirm in particular that the Galaxy A53 5G will inherit the design of its predecessorbut Samsung has removed a key feature of the smartphone: the jack.

Which technical sheet for the Galaxy A53 5G?

According to information from WinFuture, the Galaxy A53 5G will be powered by a new SoC from Samsung, the Exynos 1200. This is the most powerful chip ever integrated into the manufacturer’s mid-range smartphones. The Galaxy A53 5G will be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ definition (2400 x 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

As revealed by the TENAA certification body, autonomy will be ensured by a generous 5000 mAh battery, and this will be compatible with 25W fast charging, like the classic Galaxy S22. On the photo side, the smartphone will always bet on a configuration with four cameras, with a 64 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra wide-angle sensor, a 5 MP depth sensor and a 5 MP macro sensor. The selfie part will be managed by a 32 MP sensor.

Finally, we learn that the smartphone will be relatively light and thin, since it will weigh only 189 grams for a 8.1mm thick. As its name suggests, the Galaxy A53 5G will be compatible with 5G networks. According to leaker Roland Quandt, the smartphone should be sold between 450 euros and 500 euros in Europe.
