The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will be the most advanced laptop Samsung will present on February 1. Although the Galaxy S23 smartphones will be the star of the event, the renewal of the manufacturer’s offer for PCs will also be of great interest.
The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will be the most powerful and also the most innovative due to its screen of 16 inchesa format that all manufacturers are already using in order to offer greater display capacity than the 15-inch versions, but with the same size footprint as the large 17-inch portables.
The specifications that have been leaked along with their images speak of a very high-level team. For starters, Samsung will mount a OLED panel High resolution (2880 x 1800 pixels) which should offer very good image quality. Its internal hardware will be up to the task with an Intel Gen13 Core i9 Raptor Lake processor and a dedicated NVIDIA RTX 4070 graphics.
You can equip up to 32 GB of RAM and for storage a 1 TB SSD. It will have Wi-Fi 6E support, Bluetooth 5.1, a 1080p webcam, and a good number of USB ports. Despite the generous size of the screen, its chassis will be thin and light at 13mm and 1.6kg in weight. It will have a 76 Wh battery and a four-speaker sound system tuned by AKG and with support for Dolby Atmos.
In addition to the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, Samsung is expected to present four other models in this series:
- Samsung Galaxy Book3: laptop with a 15-inch screen.
- Samsung Galaxy Book3 360: convertible with a 15-inch screen.
- Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro: laptop with a 14 or 16-inch screen.
- Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360: convertible with a 16-inch screen.
The ‘360’ models correspond to the offer of convertibleswith touch screens and the 360-degree hinge system that allow them to be placed on the keyboard and favor various modes of use, tablet, laptop or intermediate for presentations or use of the stylus in drawing or taking notes, since the manufacturer it will include a pressure sensitive S-Pen.
The entire series will pre-install Windows 11 and will mean the most complete offer of what Samsung has launched to date on PCs. On February 1 we will confirm all its specifications and also what comes from the new generation of Galaxy S23 mobiles.
