The Galaxy S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra have just appeared in two new stolen photos. This umpteenth leak highlights the design differences between the three smartphones in the Samsung range.
While the official presentation is fast approaching, the leaks concerning the Galaxy S22 are multiplying on the web. On December 13, 2021, Yogesh Brar, an informant at 91Mobiles, posted two photos showing the three smartphones in the range side by side on his Twitter account.
“These devices correspond to production units”, explains Yogesh Brar. Indeed, the terminals visible on the stolen photos corroborate all the previous leaks that have appeared on the web in recent months. As expected, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + broadly reflect the design of the Galaxy S21.
Very similar, the Galaxy S22 and S22 + are distinguished by a triple photo sensor housed in a block that extends over the edge. On this side, Samsung is satisfied with recycle the aesthetics of its previous generation of smartphones. On the other hand, the Seoul giant no longer highlights the photo block with different colors as on the Galaxy S21. The brand opts for tone on tone, more discreet.
Very different from its little brothers, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is intended to be closer to the latest references of the Galaxy Note range. Instead of the curved edges, the South Korean manufacturer goes for an angular design and flat edges. It would be accompanied by an S-Pen, the accessory long reserved for Note. Under these conditions, we will not be surprised that the smartphone can be called the Galaxy S22 Note.
Above all, we notice that the design of the S22 Ultra photo unit differs from that of other S22. Rather than taking up the S21-style block, Samsung has opted for a new arrangement. There are 3 sensors arranged vertically accompanied by two other smaller lenses and an LED flash. For the first time in a very long time, the sensors are not housed in a block but integrated directly into the structure.
The two photos show two of the colors that will be available: black or white. According to the latest news, Samsung would also decline the S22 / S22 + in rose gold and green. For its part, the S22 Ultra will also be entitled to a dark red color. As a reminder, Samsung will present the Galaxy S22 in early February 2022.
