GeForce NOW Debuts Touch Control Support in New Android and iOS Games

GeForce NOW just keeps getting better. The NVIDIA gaming service now announces the activation of the touch control in new gamesso users of mobile phones and tablets will be able to take advantage of this function to enjoy the news that arrives in a way that is fully adapted to their devices.

It will not be all, but a few of the games that GeForce NOW will make available to its mobile and tablet users to play them as befits the platform, at the stroke of a finger, and not a mouse and keyboard, or a command. So the requirement to use peripherals to play GeForce NOW titles on Android and iOS is gone.

Which games will be available under what conditions -“playable” conditions, that is- It will depend on the game itself.although the company has already advanced a few titles that fit the novelty at hand, including one that already enjoyed this characteristic in its “natural state”.

The new games that will be compatible with touch controls on both mobiles and tablets are:

  • fortnite (Epic Games Store)
  • Genshin Impact (HoYoverse)
  • Trine 2: Complete Story (Steam)
  • Slay the Spire (Steam)
  • Dota Underlords (Steam)
  • Into the Breach (Steam and Epic Games Store)
  • papers please (Steam)
  • Tabletop Simulator (Steam)

On the other hand, there will be games that can be played with touch controls, but only on tablets. For example:

  • march of empires (Steam)
  • door kickers (Steam)
  • Bridge Builder Portal (Steam)
  • Shadowrun Returns (Steam and Epic Games Store)
  • MonsterTrain (Steam)
  • Talisman: Digital Edition (Steam)
  • Magic: The Gathering Arena (Wizards.com and Epic Games Store)

In another order of things, NVIDIA claims to continue working to improve the GeForce NOW experience on mobile devices and in its latest update, it is the Android application that benefits, since the Adaptive VSync supportthus correcting problems of frame stuttering either screen tear.

However, this improvement, whose scope will be extended to more games in the future, is currently reduced to a closed list of titles that have not been shared.

What the company did share a couple of weeks ago are the additions that GeForce NOW receives for this month, that is, the GeForce NOW news for October, which include such interesting premiere titles as A Plague Tale: Requiem, Warhammer 40,000: Shootas, Blood & Teef, lego bricktales or Ozymandias: Bronze Age Empire Sim.
