Guipúzcoa offers free face-to-face information to clarify doubts about the TicketBAI

The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, through its Treasury and Finance area, has opened a special information office on the TicketBAI system, as we read in Diario Vasco. In this way, all the people involved and who have doubts will be able to approach the council to solve them.

Jokin Perona, regional head of said county council, has also encouraged taxpayers to use the system during the voluntary period, since they can become familiar with the protocol, test and “practice without fear.” This period has recently been extended for six more months (until July 2022) and will not have a sanctioning regime.

Furthermore, according to the same sources, financial aid aimed at financing TicketBAI investments are of greater intensity during the voluntary period: a tax deduction of 60% of the investment made, and direct aid of 1,000 euros for commerce and hospitality, the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

Service by appointment

To use the information service it is necessary to call the phone 943 113 000 or through the web by appointment. These can be arranged from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., with a margin of half an hour for each taxpayer.
