How to participate in the Qonto financing round if you are a client

How much is going to become the first company to activate a financing round pan-European participatory open to customers who want to be part of the company’s growth, through the European platform Crowdcube.

The campaign is carried out in two phases that began with a pre-registration session on April 5 and lasted until the 19th of the same month. Subsequently, the launch of the campaign took place during which Qonto clients (administrators, managers or accountants in France, Italy, Germany or Spain over 18 years of age) pre-registered have access to participate in this first round of investment.

The European unicorn and one of the four largest financial institutions in Spain in terms of valuation – a category it has reached after recently raising €486 million in a series D financing round – will invite its more than 220,000 clients in the four markets in which it operates (France, Spain, Germany and Italy) to become shareholders of the company, thus reinforcing the existing relationship and building a solid network of European entrepreneurs and freelancers.

Qonto, which plans to become the solution for financial management chosen by a million SMEs and freelancers in 2025has signed a collaboration agreement with Crowdcube, marketplace European reference for entrepreneurs who seek to invest in innovative companies with growth potential, to carry out this round of financing with which they intend to make their clients shareholder.
