Intrum appoints Ernesto Ferrer-Bonsoms as the company’s new director of Real Estate

The new director of Real Estate has extensive experience in the sector, especially in the management of real estate assets. He has held relevant positions in companies such as Altamira doValue Group, Socios Financieros or One to One Corporate Finance, among others, carrying out his work in the United Kingdom and in Spain. He currently he is also professor of financial modeling of Real Estate in Modelandum.

Ernesto Ferrer-Bonsoms graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has a management development program from IESE.

Global Product Director REO

On the other hand, the until now director of Real Estate of Intrum Spain, Gregorio Martin Montalvowill assume a newly created position as Global Product Director REO, from where he will coordinate the development of the real estate management product on a global basis.
