A success story

Gardenia Tiger, a Mailchimp customer, naturalist mentor, and leadership coach, her career spans from running tech industry programs to performing in a circus to working in the marketing industry and now mentoring new nature entrepreneurs . She started using Campaign Manager during her private beta to plan and manage campaigns prior to an event and for the relaunch of products.

In general, I find Campaign Manager very useful to keep the whole campaign in order. I love being able to see all the information gathered and organized. Campaign Manager is great, it gives you the best date to send an email within a period of time”says Gardenia Tigilla.

The way I work today means my team coming up with our overall marketing themes in line with our goals for the future. To do this, we get together and set out the main areas we want to address in the next 2 months, and then my team sets the social media direction they want to pursue for each area, and I write the email newsletters. So if you could take the generalized messaging endpoints and overlay them with a program instead of having the two separate, that would be great. Because then, I could go to Mailchimp and set when I want to write a message about it to my audience, all from one place. I would definitely use Campaign Manager to not having to create my marketing texts and emails in two different places.”
