The iPhone 14 Pro would be priced higher than the iPhone 13 Pro. According to a leak, Apple would have been forced to revise its prices upwards following the increase in its production costs.
The iPhone 14 continue to be talked about. Several months before the keynote, we learned that future iPhones would finally skip the notch. Instead of this, Apple would bet on a hole in the screen similar to what we find in the competition. The sensors required for Face ID would be placed in this cavity. This change would be reserved for iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, the two top-of-the-range editions.
More recently, a reputable informant called LeaksApplePro released a first look at the pricing schedule for future iPhones. According to the leak, Apple will decline its future flagships in 4 editions : a standard iPhone 14, an iPhone 14 Max with a giant screen, an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPhone 14 Pro Max. As expected, the American firm has dropped the mini version, whose sales were catastrophic in 2020 and 2021, to bet on a giant iPhone at an affordable price.

“Apple is considering this right now. Production costs are rising and there must be over $ 100 of difference between the 14 Max and the 14 Pro. It makes sense to me and I wouldn’t expect any changes ”, explains the leaker on his Twitter account. Here is the price list which reached the ears of the informant:
- iPhone 14: $ 799
- iPhone 14 Max: $ 899
- iPhone 14 Pro: $ 1,099
- iPhone 14 Pro Max: $ 1,199
Apparently, Apple would have decided to review some of its prices upwards compared to iPhone 13. Last year, the brand offered the iPhone 13 Pro at a starting price of $ 999 in the US market. Its direct successor, the iPhone 14 Pro, would be marketed at a price of 1099 dollars in the United States.
Same story for iPhone 14 Pro Max. The more expensive edition is reportedly priced from $ 1,199, which is $ 100 more than the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Only the standard iPhone 14 would be offered at the same price as its predecessor. Obviously, we do not know how this increase will affect the price of iPhones sold in France. We imagine that prices should increase if the information from LeaksApplePro is confirmed.
